Virtual Volunteer Training
As a part of a National Affiliate, Family Promise Rochester is committed to the safety of both volunteers and guest families in our community. To do this, we ask that all volunteers, 18+, be trained and certified in working with families experiencing homelessness. All volunteers will be working with a vulnerable population therefore we do require a criminal background check prior to volunteering.

Please view each of the videos, about 5-8 minutes long, and submit volunteer certification that will go to Executive Director, Erin Sinnwell, who will then run your background check.
