In danger right now? Call 911.

Need a safe place to sleep tonight? Call us anyway. Promise House can't take families the same day, but we will help you find a safe place for tonight.

How we can help

Behind on rent or facing eviction?

Eviction Prevention can help with back rent, utility bills, and talking with your landlord. The goal is to keep your family in your home. If we help pay rent, you agree to work with a Family Housing Specialist for three months on a plan to stay housed.

Lost your home, or about to?

Shelter Diversion helps you find a safe place to live without going to a shelter. That could mean help with a deposit, finding a new rental, or staying with family while you make a plan.

Need shelter?

Promise House is our family shelter, with room for 13 families and Family Advocates on site 24/7. Getting in takes a few steps, including a background check, so it is not same-day. There is often a waitlist. While you wait, we will help you look at every other option.

Housed and want help staying there?

Stabilization pairs you with a Family Housing Specialist who helps you set goals and stay in your home. It's always your choice to join.

Who we help
