Nicollette has been with the Family Promise Rochester family since 2016, in the Program Director role since mid-2019.

shared her vision and expressed the ever-growing need to help others in our community. Serving primarily as the case manager
for the Family Stabilization Program, Nicollette's role is to intake families experiencing homelessness into the shelter
program, develop goals broken down into workable steps, coordinate Life Skills classes and the follow along program to
ensure families success and stabilization. When she is not at work, Nicollette enjoys the rural little town of Chatfield, MN
