Carrie Moscho

Excutive Director

With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, community development, and systems change, Carrie brings both strategic expertise and a deep personal passion for supporting families in crisis. Before joining Family Promise Rochester, she most recently served as Community Impact Officer at the Rochester Area Foundation where she led collaborative initiatives to strengthen nonprofits, administered competitive grantmaking and scholarships, and championed community-centered solutions. Carrie graduated from St. Olaf College

Carrie lives in Rochester where her husband Andy, son Arthur, daughter Daphne, and mischievous pup Murphy keep her busy and laughing. In whatever spare time she can find, she enjoys reading, playing board games, and enjoying the sunshine.

“Family homelessness is a crisis that demands compassion, coordination, and action,” said Moscho. “Every child deserves the safety and stability of a home, and I’m honored to lead Family Promise Rochester in building pathways to housing, hope, and long-term success for families in our community.”
