How We Work Together.
Ending family homelessness in Olmsted County takes a coordinated system, and Family Promise Rochester is one piece of it.
If you're a case manager, school liaison, healthcare worker, or fellow nonprofit, this page is the short version of how our programs fit alongside yours — and how to connect a family to us without anyone falling through the gap between our two organizations.
Who We Serve
Every Family Promise program serves the same family unit: at least one adult and at least one child under 18, living in Olmsted County. What changes from program to program is where a family is in a housing crisis.
